Thunder Bay, Ontario Area - 2024 Field Season with WSP
We have a new opportunity for you to join our WSP archaeology team as one of our Archaeology Field Technicians for the 2024 field season. WSP is looking for people willing to assist with our Northern Ontario fieldwork, primarily based out of Thunder Bay area. The position will require travelling to Thunder Bay (if you're not there already) to be part of a team completing Stage 2 test pit survey in a boreal forest environment. All out-of-town travel costs, including meals and overnight accommodations will be paid for by WSP. Note that this is a seasonal position for the 2024 field season, starting in the spring of 2024 (as soon as weather allows).
Please be advised that LIUNA has been certified by the Labour Relations Board to bargain on behalf of persons in the above-noted position. The parties have entered into a collective bargaining agreement and any candidate who is hired into the noted role will be kept informed of any changes to the terms and conditions of their employment because of that process.
