Our client, a high-profile government-funded agency, located in Regina, SK, is in search of a new leader to take the organization to the next level.  Reporting to an engaged and diverse board, you are a master at working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders ensuring policies and programs meet their needs while supporting clients in our community. 

You are a successful leader with a solid track record of strong financial, governance, leadership, change management, and political acumen.  You have a passion to help people and your influence brings about positive cultural change to support the organization’s mandate.  Your proven ability to build and leverage relationships and partnerships will make you successful in this role.    

The ideal leader has a business, social sciences, public administration degree with at least 10 years of senior management experience in a director or similar role in government, community services, or non-profit organizations.
