Kal Tire is looking for energetic Managers in Training to join our career-oriented management training program. If you are eager to take on new challenges and are interested in expanding your managerial knowledge, we would love to hear from you!

Our Managers in Training are fast-tracked through our career training program to become the next generation of certified Kal Tire Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers. You will get your hands dirty working alongside certified technicians, while also learning every aspect of operating a successful Kal Tire store location. Within 9 months you could be certified as an Assistant Store Manager!

Requirements:
Successful Career Trackers:

Customer Service – You continually strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed every client’s expectations.

Supervisory/Management– You have 2 to 5 years of previous supervisory and/or management experience and you’ve successfully managed or supervised a team.

Retail– You have strong experience from the retail industry. Experience from the automotive industry is an asset but not needed to be a successful Manager in Training!

Sales– You have a passion for and experience in direct sales. You strive to foster both new and repeat business.

Heavy Lifting – You are comfortable lifting 60 – 70 lbs throughout your workday and are excited to learn and experience the reality of every role within a Kal Tire store location.

Relocation – You are willing to relocate in the future outside your home city in order to advance your career with Kal Tire. Store Management opportunities arise from hard work and dedication to your career.
