About the Opportunity

PREP has an exciting opportunity for an After Market Product Support Technologist to join our team in Surrey, BC.  

In this role, you will report to the Service Manager, and work within the Aftermarket services department, but across all departments. You will be responsible for assisting in the efforts of the Aftermarket Service department to deliver product, service work, and technical support with the goal of providing superior service to customers, on time and on budget. 

More specifically, you will provide service, parts, and technical support relating to infield products for both internal and external customers. 

In order to qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of a Mechanical Technologist Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related mechanical design experience. You must be comfortable wearing many hats and have strong sales, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
