The AI Adoption and Insights Lead is responsible for driving the integration and adoption of AI technologies across various Lines of Service (LoS). This role partners with LOS leaders to understand their specific needs, conduct SWOT analyses, and identify AI-driven opportunities. The AI Adoption and Insights Lead translates complex AI technology into user-friendly, actionable solutions tailored to each LoS, guiding AI adoption strategy by designing, executing, and curating initiatives that align with business priorities. This role requires an engineering/consulting mindset with expertise in designing AI frameworks and integration strategies. Additionally, the lead oversees the measurement and impact of AI on productivity and builds strategies for greater adoption or gathers feedback for potential sunsetting based on analysis. This leader within the workforce pillar of AI transformation must be naturally inquisitive and creative.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an AI Adoption and Insights Lead at the Senior Manager level , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with AI Leadership to understand specific needs of each Line of Service ( L o S )

• Conduct SWOT analyses to identify AI-driven opportunities

• Create strategies for AI consumption tailored to each L oS

• Simplify complex AI technologies into user-friendly solutions

• Ensure actionable solutions are tailored to each L o S

• Design, execute, and curate AI initiatives that align with business priorities

• Oversee the measurement of AI's impact on productivity

• Build strategies for greater AI adoption

• Gather feedback for potential sunsetting of solutions based on analysis

• Act as a leader within the workforce pillar of AI transformation and foster a culture of curiosity and creativity

Experiences and s kills y ou'll u se to s olve
• Experience in AI & technology adoption, consulting, or related fields

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required and an Advanced degree (MBA, MS) would be a nice to have

• Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning, Technology Leadership

• Proven track record of designing AI frameworks and integration strategies

• Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and AI solutions for business intelligence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent portfolio management skills and strategic foresight
