We're looking for a part-time, dynamic writer, storyteller, and broadcaster, based in the CityNews 660 newsroom in Calgary, to deliver news to listeners in our FM markets throughout Alberta on weekend mornings. We need your drive to win, your dedication to journalism, and your determination to be the best broadcast journalist you can be.

What you will do:
  • You will tell the truth, you will make it matter, and you'll never be boring
  • With your incredible writing skills, you will make every news story an exceptional news story
  • Dispatch newscasts to markets across the province including Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Lethbridge, and Medicine Hat
  • Build strong community contacts in dedicated FM markets so they'll turn to you first for news and story ideas
