The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Edmonton, AB is looking for a full time Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving overall branch growth and profitability, while meeting strategic targets with respect to coaching, business development, recruitment, human resources, team building, employee retention, compliance, operations and financial management. The candidate must promote the firm's corporate image by developing and maintaining business relationships throughout RBC Financial Group and within their respective communities.

Must be fluent in English Minimum 5 years of expertise in the Investment Industry Branch Manager license Must have completed the CSC & CPH (Canadian Securities Course and Codes and Practices Handbook)Strong Sales, Team Building, Collaboration and Networking Skills Excellent ability to set priorities, deal with ambiguity, problem solve, set priorities and manage conflict
Previous experience as an Investment Advisor
