-Education - College/CEGED
-Ability to supervise - more than 20 people, working groups, staff in various areas of responsibility
-Security & Safety - Bondable, basic security clearance, criminal record check
-Comfortable working on their feet in a fast paced environment for long periods of time

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT INCLUDE
-Permanent, Full Time, On Call, 24 hour availability, weekend work, ability to work flexible hours, On floor operations management,
-The overall day to day on-floor operations of a service and production team in a restaurant environment
-Coach / Train managers and crew to deliver on excellent guest experience and food quality in the kitchen, service and drive thru.
-Maintain and monitor daily food safety expectations
-Produce monthly / weekly manager and crew schedules
-Generate and oversee product ordering
-On floor management of daily waste and food costs
-Manage daily manager and crew training plans
-Ensure that marketing and product launches are prepared for, trained and executed on time
-Contribute to sales building and market share tactics within the store and the community
-Review and submit payroll records for processing
-Effectively handle guest feedback and requests
-Handles general HR responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring and terminations, employee documentation, employee coaching, company policy maintenance and enforcement, manager and employee performance and wage reviews
-Set business targets and create and maintain action plans to reach those targets and succeed
-Operate the restaurant off of set budgets and P&L statements with an understanding of labour factors, food and paper costs, controllable and uncontrolable line items
-Conduct mid month and month end inventories and food costing analysis
-Travel to other stores for training / meetings / support and product pick up (Some out of area)
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
-Follow up and ensure the daily food safety minimum standards are being executed and enforced
Applicants need to understand that this is an operations position; this is an on floor management position and not an office based job. There are minimal office responsibilities that are shared between managers however you will be required to oversee and verify their work so you do need to know all aspects
-Salary position / competitive wage $21.63/hour for 40 to 44 hours / week, depending on position and previous experiences and references
