What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities Branch located downtown Calgary, at 333 7th Ave SW, is looking for an Associate to join their team. As an Associate, you will provide clients with exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner.

What will you do?
  • Open new accounts and update existing account information
  • Interact with clients on a daily basis by phone, email, and in- person
  • Liaise with back office contacts to investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts and account transactions
  • Handle and follow-up on client requests and transactions from the previous day to ensure proper settlement and delivery
  • Complete various compliance-related projects
  • Place trades on behalf of IA


  • What do you need to succeed?

    Must-have
  • IIROC licensed with a minimum of 1 years of industry/brokerage experience
  • Education in economics/business and completed CSC and CPH
  • Be motivated, independent and a self-starter
  • Exceptional client service skills, time management & organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks without constant supervision
  • High level of understanding of Microsoft Excel
