This role will report into our Human Resources Manager, in this role we are looking for an individual that will fill staff vacancies for multiple restaurant locations.
Some of the tasks will include but not limited to:
Identifying Potential Candidates
Managing our Hiring Data Base
Screening Candidates including reference Checks
Attend Hiring Fairs
Data Entry of new employees.
0-1 Years experience in recruitment
Training in Recruitment and Human Resources
Knowledge of employment laws
Experience with personnelfiles, reference checks and employee data bases
Quick Service Restaurant Experience would be an asset.
Ability to work under pressure, multi tasks and prioritze requests
This Role will be 32 hours a weekand will require evening work at least 3 days a week. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to Airdrie, Calgary and Strathmore. This position is a contract for 6 months with an opportunity to be made permanent.
