Branch Operations Advisor specializes in the areas of documentation, client onboarding and KYC, account transfer processes, portfolio suitability and Investor Profile reviews, and general client communication through both phone & emails. Qualifications

- Robust knowledge and familiarity with common wealth management strategies and their relative strengths and weaknesses
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of client needs by segmentation
- Comprehensive understanding and awareness of competitor offerings and trends
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of individuals
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Industry Accreditations or working towards preferred (CIM, CFA, CFP)
- RR licensed or successful completion of Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook and any other course required to maintain RR status
- Proficient in French is required
