Job Description

Are you fluent in both English and another language? Do you have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we are looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sasmar Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a remote setting.

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Fluency in both English and another language (written and verbal)
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
