As a member of this critical Emergency Response Center team, you will develop and implement a number of processes and procedures which comprehensively addresses Corporate Security responsibilities. You thrive on working under pressure and oftentimes under time constraints. You are passionate about assisting others and value the close knit relationships amongst your team members as you maintain a 24x7 operation. Here's how
•Interface with law enforcement agencies and emergency services
•Manage phone queue within assigned targets
•Access and navigate through numerous corporate systems, databases and network devices to retrieve customer data

•Recognized for your bilingual skills in English & French
•Valued for your analytical and problem solving skills
•Commended for your sound judgement
•Proven record in troubleshooting and determining root cause analysis
•Skilled at working under stressful situations or within high impact environments
•Respected for your ability to interface with and influence various levels of management
•Confident with your use of Windows & Microsoft (MS) Office of applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access, etc
•Regarded for your strong interpersonal and communication skills: verbal and written
•Knack for multi-tasking and prioritizing work
•Post-secondary degree or diploma Great-to-haves
•Call center experience
