As part of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) team within the TELUS Health, Public Sector you will provide financial and administrative support to the Manager - Program Office and team leads.Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst I within EHR team, you will be contributing directly to the governance of our contracts, financial and administrative processes. Responsibilities will include:
•Support business management requirements for all EHR clients, including contract management, financial analysis, and reporting requirements
•Contribute to monthly financial reporting and reconciliation processes
•Manage end-to-end financial processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, and change requests
•Coordinate centralized contract administration for all 3rd party agreements and support invoice reconciliation
•Coordinate centralized contract administration for all client agreements and support billing reconciliations
•Provide business development support including production of responses to RFPs and Change Requests
•Lead monthly reporting and reconciliation of time management activities, including daily administration of time coding structures
•Coordinate and support team leads with annual THPS and Product Management processes for budgeting, StratCheck, L2R, policy compliance, etc
•Support operational activities, process development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Public Sector Portfolio
•The ideal candidate will have strong financial skills, strong process development and analytical skills, is detail oriented, and able to work under minimal guidanceQualifications:Required Knowledge:
•Knowledge of TELUS Health financial processes
•Knowledge of TELUS Health software development processes and practices would be an asset
•Knowledge of project control processes
•General knowledge of the health industry & EHR solutions specifically would be an asset Required Skills & Abilities:
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint & Excel with capabilities to produce advanced presentations and Excel workbooks
•Knowledge of SAP
•Knowledge of Tenrox and time reporting systems
•Knowledge of SharePoint
•The ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
•The ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task to meet tight deadlines
•Strong coordination and project management skills
•Excellent analytical skills, communication and teamwork skills
•Strong process definition and improvement skills Required Professional Designation/Certification:
•Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management or equivalent experience Required Experience:
•Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a business analysis role
