You are detail oriented with a solid foundation in process enforcement and control, business process improvement, life cycle development and analytical skills. You appreciate the value of good planning and will work tirelessly to support leadership and technical operations to ensure shifting conditions and information can easily be managed and optimized.

    •Ensure that all changes following the Change Management process meet criteria for review and authorization in a timely, accurate and consistent manner •Support users of the IT Change Management process and tools such as eChange and BMC's Remedy IT service management (ITSM) or other change tools as required •Collaborate with team members to prioritize and schedule project deliverables •Set up action plans, track and facilitate improvement opportunities •Participate in Quality Control oversight of change activities •Continuously review process activities and identify anomalies or opportunities to gain efficiencies or enhance risk mitigation

    •By demonstrating very strong knowledge of business analytics and process methodology with an emphasis on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management •With your ability to influence decisions, negotiate and consult with various stakeholder audiences •By utilizing Project Management skills •With excellent interpersonal communication skills (including written, verbal, and presentation) •With your ability to think "outside the box" to assist in the evolution on the current state of Change Management

With your:
    •Superb attention to detail •Strong business acumen, with self and business awareness •Ability to elicit, define, and manage business requirements •Ability to handle multiple tasks, including potentially competing priorities and time pressures •Strength in developing and articulating succinct business, technical and rationale supporting recommendations •Strong analytical skills to develop, produce and improve operational reports •Solid experience with applying project management methodologies •Strong experience of building, developing and managing processes and reporting •Strong experience in supporting transformational initiatives to reduce operational complexity •Self-starting attitude with very little guidance •Proven ability operating in a high performance environment •Adaptable and resilient approach to your business day •Ability to deliver quantifiable business outcomes •Post-secondary education •ITIL Foundations or ITIL Practitioner certificate preferred •Proven capability in a previous ITIL - Change Management type role •Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office applications (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Minimum 5 years in general Information Systems environments

    •Change management certification or training •Previous experience in a similar role •G Suite / Google applications •Sharepoint administrative knowledge
