Within the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) team, the Copper to Fibre (C2F) Migrations program is a strategic priority for our organization. We are looking for dynamic and innovative leaders, with a knack for challenging the status quo. Our focus is on TELUS wide migration activities that advantage our legacy Future Friendly Home (FFH) copper customers with a move to PureFibre.Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
As the Business Analyst II for the C2F Program, you will have reporting & analysis ownership over the end to end completion of customer migrations from copper to the TELUS PureFibre network. All facets of tracking the customer journey from network build to sale and install of services are required. You will utilize your data expertise to maintain processes, update dashboards and identify new reporting opportunities. Your analytical abilities will help you create stories that illustrate the results of our program and the opportunities ahead of us. A broad stakeholder group will rely on your reporting to develop actionable insights focused on improving business performance.Here's how
•Develop new reporting and analytics to drive and monitor C2F Migration performance
•Deep dive program results and engage key stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, Technicians and Build teams to collaborate on resolutions
•Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, and communicate relevant progress and achievements to stakeholders on a regular basis to manage expectations
•Resourcefulness to identify opportunities and drive change with a sense of urgency
•Ability to translate data to analysis to insight to recommendations
•Balance the demands of multiple concurrent projects Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•University degree and/or 1-3 years equivalent combination of experience and education
•Advanced data analysis and visualization skills using Microsoft (MS) Excel, Tableau, and Domo
•Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with strong story telling ability
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work with various levels of management as well as work within multi-functional teams
•Ability to understand and integrate all internal and external drivers (i.e.: Finance, Economics, Operations, etc.) that impact problem solving and decision making
•Proven self-starter that is positive, a quick learner, self-directed, and able to work with minimal guidance
•Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Great-to-have
