The Revenue Assurance & Finance Operations is an engaged and collaborative team that positively delivers exceptional operational processes along with strategic reporting & analytic insights that optimize working capital. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the strategic support & analysis of monthly and trending operational performance metrics and root causes that enable our Accounts Payable operations. You will also leverage your business acumen to drive working capital optimization through analytic and fair process insights & initiatives including the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Here's how

•Expose and explore underlying business needs thru analytics and fair process to optimize processes and applications
•Evolve our business thru the development of new processes and tools including Robotic Process Automation
•Analytic Whiz with a Bias for Action:
•Extracting, interpreting, and analysing data to make recommendations and performing business analysis tasks related to operations & projects
•Managing multiple activities & initiatives, conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change to ensure requirements are met and solutions delivered per plan
•Resolving resource issues and managing business readiness to ensure stakeholder expectations are clear and actioned
•Liaising with business teams to coordinate aspects of operational and project deliverables including business case development, requirements, scope, change management, testing and operational readiness
•Assisting with the communication and change management processes for operational changes and other initiatives impacting the team
•Passion for change and process evolution
•Passion for learning and a growth mindset
•Knowledge and experience of working capital processes, systems (SAP), key metrics
•Knowledge and experience with data management tools & applications
•Knowledge and experience with reporting tools & applications
•2-5 years' in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great-to-haves
•Technical skills & applications: Microsoft (MS) Office especially MS Excel, VBA or other computer coding, Tableau, SQL, RPA applications
•Process re-engineering: Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
