In this role, you will support key strategic programs and initiatives that span our cross-functional team within Operations Enablement. With your exemplary skills you will lead the implementation and evolution of our tools and technology as they relate to advanced analytics and predictive modelling. In addition, this role we lead programs focused on improving outcomes for our stakeholders and customers via process optimization and automation.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders from budgeting, operations, HR, training, marketing, and project teams to drive process efficiencies and develop actionable insights focused on improving business performance.Resource Planning & Optimization Spotlight
•Our team works in a fun, innovative and challenging environment that directly influences the strategic direction and performance of the Customer Experience business
•Our teams are responsible for the Resource planning functions of Strategic Resource Planning, Operational Resource Management, Performance Analytics and Vendor Strategy & Governance
•We work closely with the our stakeholder teams to deliver on our strategic objectives; our key stakeholders and partners include Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology Transformation to name a few

•Ability to confidently & tactfully influence without hierarchical authority
•Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities
•Experience with senior management communication
•Ability to provide and execute on actionable recommendations based on data analysis
•Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with non-technical team members
•Ability to extract data from various systems, transform and clean data, and load into an ever-evolving model
•Experience in R, Python, and Alteryx, starting from data wrangling to presentation with large datasets
•Experience with reporting development, automation and data modelling skills
•Strong knowledge of call center operations
•Demonstrated ability to drive focus and direction to junior team members Proven ability to communicate complex ideas into meaningful and relatable stories to a variety of audiences
•Experience managing and improving processes
•Innovative mindset willing to try new ideas and learn from experiences
•Ability to be flexible and drive to resolution in a fast paced and changing environment
