Role and Responsibilities

· Present, promote and sell R.A.K. accounting services to a range of prospective clients

· Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle

· Perform needs analysis of existing/potential clients

· Liaison between R.A.K. Services and clients; collect and provide required information and acquire necessary documents

· Visit existing/potential clients to evaluate needs and promote R.A.K. accounting services

· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and/or business development
  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics
  • Experience in client-relationship management and query resolution
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Ability to establish and maintain beneficial business relationships
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
  • Capability to negotiate with and influence others
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently on duties

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business or related field is an asset
  • Proficiency with bookkeeping software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Demonstrate superior knowledge of R.A.K. accounting services; respond to client queries; follow-up to ensure problems, issues, and concerns are addressed

· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract requirements

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Coordinate sales efforts with appropriate team members

· Maintain confidentiality of clients and all financial data

· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
