We are looking for a new Channel Manager, Residential Development, NGM (New Growth Markets) in our very successful Calgary market. As part of the Home Solutions team you will help us drive new partnership opportunities while maintaining our extremely strong position as the market share leader in this space. You will act as the key point of contact for residential developers in Southern Alberta, solidifying relationships but ensuring developers are provided a white glove start to finish project experience with TELUS.

A successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter and independent as you will be the owner of residential developer relationships in Calgary and area. You will collaborate with many teams across TELUS to help us drive continued improvements in delivering TELUS PureFibre along with all the supporting products and services that go with it to residential developments. This role will help us not only secure increased rgu's/revenue in our wireline business but it is at the forefront of driving TELUS Custom Security Solutions, Smart Home Automation, TELUS Health and wireless results. This is a key role at TELUS and you will be instrumental in assisting TELUS Senior Leadership drive cross functional stakeholder engagement in order to build, improve, and execute a variety of strategic initiatives to deliver on our overall TELUS business priorities.Here's how
•Develop, foster and maintain partnerships with Real Estate Developers and marketing and Sales channels in your territoryQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Liaise with TELUS internal partners, including but not limited to Engineering, Planning, CSD, Marketing, Real Estate and Regulatory acting as a conduit to ensure the developers requirements of TELUS are met
•Collaborate with TELUS Developer marketing and sales teams to maximize our customer acquisition opportunity with wireline/wireless offers
•Work closely with TELUS Developer Center of Excellence and 310-4DEV to mine new partnership opportunities
•Educate Developer Consultants and related Electrical Contractors on wiring requirements necessary for delivery of TELUS Broadband Services
•Effectively document and track all stages of developments in Salesforce.com
•Act as a SPOC for your developer partners ensuring TELUS growth as the incumbent L2R leader in the industry
•Facilitate meetings with a cross section of industry players
•Help to drive product loading in your portfolio
