My client is one of the largest real estate services providers in Canada, and manage more than 60 million square feet. Your new role
You will be directly responsible for the operation and management of a 800,000 Sq.Ft (75% retail, 25% office) site, as well as managing of yearly operating and capital budgets to ensure property-owner's objectives are accomplished. This position is also accountable for the management of clerical and operations support staff. You will make sure all policies, procedures and processes are adhered to, as well as maintaining excellent relations with your clients, tenants and members of the public.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property Management experience with either retail or office assets. A valid Real Estate license or in the progress of receiving such is necessary. You will have strong customer services abilities, excellent communication skills and a good team focused attitude. An RPA, or ARM designation is an asset.
What you'll get in return
