TD Enterprise Finance is responsible for developing and delivering financial strategy, insights, and management support across TD Bank Group. This includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), performance management, regulatory reporting, financial control, and the ongoing evolution of Finance systems and processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The CPA Associate Program, Finance & Accounting is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Candidates will be supported in following a work plan that is in the process of being approved by CPA Ontario, to ensure you meet the Professional Work Experience requirement.
This program provides a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting, and FP&A, while also building capabilities in business partnering, data analysis, and finance transformation.
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical thinking, a commitment to accuracy and quality, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

- Evaluate risks and opportunities
- Communicate complex financial insights clearly
Contribute to Finance Evolution:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Educational Requirements
- You are graduating in Spring 2027 with an undergraduate degree
- You must be registered with CPA Ontario and have met the CPA Ontario admission requirements including:
- A recognized degree or equivalent
- At least 120 credit hours (or equivalent)
- Meet the minimum GPA across those 120 credit hours, as outlined on the CPA Ontario website
- Successful completion of the Knowledge Assessment or CPA Qualifying Courses
