Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will provide support through data and analytics to our TELUS Agriculture clients, including: Canadian agricultural retailers, manufacturers and other key players in the Canadian food supply chain. The position requires a friendly, engaging, patient and trustworthy telephone presence, as well as good written communication skills, to assist customers and ensure efficient and accurate collection and delivery of data. Applicants must be detail oriented and comfortable using internet based technology.

Here's how
    •Manage initial client account setup to ensure data collection connections are setup appropriately for the purpose of our internet based data collection platforms.
    •Import and load data into TKXS customized databases, cross-reference and validate data. Ensure efficient and accurate data delivery. Ensure data flows into appropriate databases, conduct data analytics and appropriate cross-referencing.
    •Monitor incoming product, customer, point of sale and inventory files. Repair, correct and reload files to ensure customer data flows into the system.
    •Field inbound calls and emails from retailer and distributor accounts, assisting and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience.
    •Document all inbound communication in custom-built CRM tools.
    •Assist customers by troubleshooting data issues and requests as well as answer questions regarding services and programs.
    •Validate and cross-reference point of sale data using custom-built web tools.
    •Monitor and analyze customer data to ensure reporting accuracy.


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •You hold a Bachelor's degree
    •You have strong MS Office skills and use of internet based web applications and technology and learning various in-house systems
    •You have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
    •You have high professionalism and willingness to serve the customer's needs
    •You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
    •You have a strong drive for results and attention to detail
    •You are proficient with problem solving and thinking critically to resolve customer requests
    •You are team oriented

    •Experience in the Agriculture industry is preferred, but not required
    •Knowledge utilizing Azure and/or SQL
