Job SummaryAs a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional support to clients using Long View’s IT services and technology solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that clients receive timely assistance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities-
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat support.

Assist clients with questions related to IT services, software support, and account information.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate cases to the appropriate technical team.

Document customer interactions accurately in the company CRM system.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick problem resolution.

Provide clear guidance and support to customers using Long View technology services.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
