Sales Advisor (Full Time Remote)

Job Description:

Join our team as a Sales Advisor In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-person contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to offer guidance, point out products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible
• Utilize persuasion techniques when necessary to close sales
• Handle customer phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ of experience in a customer service-related role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proven experience as Sales Advisoror similar supervisory position
• Experience in customer service is essential
• Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
