The Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in contributing towards our success by meeting business objectives and improving the performance of internal operations.
Accountabilities:
Data entry of invoices
Matching invoices to reports
Verify all information being entered and investigate any discrepancies or outdated information
Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Proven understanding of Excel, MS Office
Experience performing data entry is an asset
Experience with invoicing is an asset
High attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
High motivation with the ability to work independently
Above-average organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
