Job Description & Summary
A career within Delivering Deal Value services, will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges. We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital, Health Industries, and other back office functions.
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This group helps our clients capture the value of their deals from Announcement, to Deal Close, through full Business Transformation. We provide:
Operations and IT Due Diligence Synergy analysis Merger integration assistance Divestiture and carve outs assistance Synergy planning and execution
Advise and assist clients on M&A integration planning and management matters Setting integration strategy with senior executives Implementing communications Integrating all aspects of the businesses for smooth operations on Day One Capturing synergies across all areas of the business (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.) Managing an integration management office. Additionally, your responsibilities include: Knowledge sharing and professional development of colleagues and people under your supervision; Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Contribute to our practice development initiatives
We are hiring individuals with over 7 years of professional experience, ideally with more than two years in a consulting firm. The candidates must have experience in one or more of the following fields:
M&A integration planning and execution; Due diligence and transaction advisory services; Large scale business transformation
The candidate must be able to work at \"deal speed\" and be able to do projects out of town spending 3 nights on the road per week when our projects require this.
PwC is looking for motivated professionals with a team spirit. The successful candidate(s) will possess strong analytical skills, manage tasks effectively, work well in an ambiguous environment, and manage client expectations well. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
