As a member of the Solutions Delivery & Support team, you will play a critical role in satisfying our customers' needs as they relate to having their TELUS 'Future Friendly' products installed and repaired.

Here's how
    •Responsible for making sure the right Technician gets to the right customer and performs the right work at the right time •Work with various teams including the Technicians of TELUS Home team, TELUS Client Care, and Customer Service Helpdesk teams, as well other TELUS supporting teams throughout your shift to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience TELUS can provide

Hours of Operation:

Shifts are 8 hours and schedules are based on a weekly rotation, with the majority of shifts falling within the regular hours of operation. Our departmental hours of operation are:
    •7:00AM to 8:00PM, Monday to Friday •7:00AM to 6:30PM, Saturdays & Sundays

Compensation & Perks:
    •Hourly wage rate begins at $20.08 •Annual bonus payable up to a maximum of 5% of your base rate

    •2 weeks in classroom and 1 week on the job


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Working knowledge of Personal Computer (PC) business software and/or corporate systems •Knowledge in Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and Outlook •Good judgment in discerning priority and non-priority issues making decisions based on logical assumptions and factual information •Ability to investigate and resolve issues through the use of sound judgment •Ability to effectively compile information, analyze data and make sound judgments •Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail •Keyboarding skills •Willing and able to work various shifts as assigned, such as evenings, weekends and statutory holidays, based on business needs •Personal Computer navigational skills •Demonstrated professional oral and written communications skills •Fluent in English •Self-motivated, work well with minimal or no direct supervision •Ability to effectively handle both favorable and unfavorable customer interactions •Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions, or escalate •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments •Maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced changing environment •Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing to meet scheduled deadlines •Commit to continuous learning •Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply learned skills to related situations and complete and pass all related exams •Meet applicable pre-employment testing and training requirements

    •Working knowledge of service order provisioning, repair workflow, and related systems •Course work in the telecommunication field and/or call center environment •Successful experience in a customer service and/or call center environment
