Our fast growth over the past two years has allowed us to explore new opportunities to expand our service offerings. Our headquarters are in Vancouver, but we are now taking Leavetown to new heights by expanding geographically and opening a sister office in Calgary. We hope you will be a key player in joining us on this exciting journey of expansion as we grow our brand new Calgary team.


As we grow, we are partnering with more and more resorts in exciting destinations across Canada, the US and beyond. We represent the resorts we partner with on travel booking sites such as  HomeAway and Airbnb, and reach consumers through these marketplaces – bringing our resort partners lots of quality new bookings!

We are seeking a data driven, analytical, tech-savvy superstar to help us optimize each of these HomeAway and Airbnb listings to their full potential, making sure our content is top-notch, our pricing is competitive and then compiling performance reports and developing and implementing strategies for improvement.

The role is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at our Calgary location.  


  • Review and compare Leavetown listings across distribution channels (Homeaway, Airbnb etc) to ensure competitive pricing relative to competitors
  • Review HomeAway Win-Loss Statements to understand advantage and strengths of competitive listings, observe and report on trends and create action items to improve competitive strength of Leavetown
  • Monitor listing image resolution using Leavetown proprietary tool and own the process of continuously ensuring our images are highest resolution possible
  • Use HomeAway Market Manager tool to review the pricing of Leavetown relative to destination average, and provide reports and intelligence that we can deliver to our Resort Partners
  • Analyze HomeAway and Airbnb listings performance data, find low hanging low performing fruit, do deep dive analysis and extract actionable items to improve listing performance
  •  Work hand-in-hand with content team to action and implement listing optimization findings
  • Provide bi-weekly listing performance report broken down by resort and communicate findings with resort partners


  • A genuine love for analytics and data
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Sound knowledge Airbnb & HomeAway platforms
  • E-commerce experience
  • A background in digital marketing is a bonus
