Be our OT/ICS Subject matter expert and leader. Your responsibilities include: Lead business development activities including sales, proposals, and building and maintaining sustainable client relationships across Western Canada. Establish credibility and relationships with prospective clients by demonstrating technical and industry knowledge across all the PwC Cyber Resilience services and identify opportunities for assistance. Lead the end-to-end delivery (including project economics) of multiple ICS cyber security and resilience projects comprising of multiple resources and teams and ensure the quality of deliverables and clients are satisfied with the work. Work with OT and security vendors to understand their solution offerings and advise clients on appropriate technologies. Assist with the staff and operational management of the Western Canada practice, including: Acting as a technical reference point for security strategy, governance and risk management. Provide thought leadership and direction for the National Cyber Resilience practice and contribute to the Intellectual Property of the firm by driving the development of toolkits, methodologies, accelerators and training. This position may require some travel and will be based out of our Calgary Office. Other locations in Canada may be available.

The Opportunity: Director - OT/ICS Cyber Resilience (Calgary)

As a Director, you will join our growing Cyber Resilience practice in Western Canada to meet our clients' demand for high quality, independent advice and delivery capability focusing on strategy, governance and risk management. We are looking for dynamic personalities with a passion for cyber security and resilience who understands what it means to be change agents in transforming businesses.
Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or Business and relevant technical designations/experience.
A minimum of 8-10 years of related security/IT/ICS experience, which gives you:
Solid understanding of OT, ICS, SCADA and their connections with IT, as well as the cyber risk managements in operational environment. Solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and proven experience with communicating complex technical and risk management issues to clients C-Suite and Board within the context of their business. Ability to develop and manage senior-level relationships, identify cyber security and resilience opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the clients' needs. The ability to manage a number of concurrent and complex cyber security and resilience projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations. Strong leadership qualities when working in a team and the ability to be recognized as the subject matter expert in a given field when our client requires.
