Are you passionate about driving sales performance and results?
In this newly created role, you will lead a highly engaged team responsible for driving programs and initiatives to support the Mid-Market Small sales teams exceed their targets. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience with marketing campaigns and sales performance improvement programs to remove barriers to sales productivity. Partnering closely with the Director of "Small Business" and "Mid-Market Small" Sales, your success will be determined by the results and sales performance of this team. Key Accountabilities:
•Partner with Customer Marketing on developing and implementing initiatives including campaign strategy, go-to-market readiness, and channel engagement
•Driving sales performance through the development of programs to operationalize our Premier Sales Organization (PSO) principles in areas such as hiring, coaching, performance management and compensation
•Accountable for supporting the achievement of the channel's sales, quality and efficiency objectives
•Provide leadership to drive client experience to competitively differentiate TELUS in the marketplace
•Sustain strong team engagement through our Customers First culture that is underpinned by recognition and coaching, change management best practices, and the use of Fair Process principles to drive operational improvementQualifications:What YOU bring:
•B2B Sales Know-How: Operational best practices in sales performance supporting multiple market segments
•Strategic Thinker and Implementer: Undertake complex analysis to develop and execute on high-level business strategies and activities
•Compelling Communication Skills: Clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication to various audiences
•Decisive Nature: Ability to analyze data to make decisions and problem solve to align with our strategic vision
•Love of a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable leading in a continuously changing, dynamic environment
•Thrive on Ambiguity: Provide clarity to successfully navigate and lead through areas of grey
•Consummate Manager: Demonstrated project management, process, design and change management capabilities Additional Requirements:
•10+ years of demonstrated sales experience in technology/telecommunications industry
•3+ years managing successful sales teams considered a strong asset
