Elections BC is looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide support through the October 2024 Provincial General Election. In each provincial electoral district, the District Electoral Officer (DEO) will open an office at the beginning of September 2024. DEOs will hire the following staff for their office:
Office Manager
Trainer
Lead Election Equipment Officer
Election Equipment Officer
Recruiter
Office Support Staff
Enumerator
Approximately four to six weeks of work in September and October 2024
Full or part-time, Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Some additional hours or evening shifts may be required
$21 to $26 per hour, depending on the position
Various communities around B.C.
