The opportunity Entry-Level US Immigration Attorney
. As a US Business Immigration lawyer with EY Law LLP, you will help our institutional clients address the challenges associated with managing today's globally mobile workforce. With over 200 immigration professionals nationally, EY Law LLP helps companies and their employees efficiently relocate wherever they need them to be. The firm's comprehensive range of U.S. business immigration services include obtaining both immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant status and visas as well as providing a range of U.S. immigration advisory services for employees and their employers. Your key responsibilities
As a junior Attorney, you will join our U.S. Business Immigration team. At the time you start, you need not have experience in U.S. immigration law. You will, however, be expected to learn US business immigration law by, amongst other things: studying the regulations, performing legal research and handling a high-volume caseload. You will work on a challenging U.S. business immigration engagement(s), and will contribute to the delivery of solutions and ideas for our clients. You will also utilize web-based immigration case management systems and databases and conduct immigration-related legal research.Skills and attributes for success

•Licence to practice with any U.S. state bar. Candidates who are not currently admitted to a U.S. State bar, but are in the process of pursuing admission, may also be considered •An interest in U.S. business immigration law •Excellent managerial, organizational and verbal/written communication skills •Strong legal research skills •Attention to detail •The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment •Sound professional judgement and high level of professionalism What we look for
