Performs a variety of administrative tasks and delivers service initiatives in support of Estate and Insurance Advisors (EIA). Provides services to EIA, their clients and business partners ensuring operational processes and compliance regulations are followed in order to contribute to the growth of insurance sales, mitigate risk, and support the efficient and effective operation of the business group.
    • Assists with marketing initiatives to drive business growth. • Performs administrative tasks in support of driving sales results. • Collaborates with internal stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives. • Executes administrative duties to include
    • Typically 2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study. • Life Insurance Liscence - Preferred. • Experience in Administrative assistance for Life Insurance and Investment Products. • Basic knowledge of Insurance and Estate principles. • Working knowledge of financial services. • Bilingual English-French is an asset. • In-depth knowledge of computer systems (Life Guide and Cannex).
