The Event Security position offers:
Competitive industry standard pay rates, paid security licensing, paid uniform costs and the opportunity to transition into a full time position with Paladin Security.
Typical Job Duties:
-Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment
-Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulations
-Monitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and procedures
-Respond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)
-Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on site
-Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the client

• Must be bondable and able to provide a Clean Criminal Record and vulnerable sectors check
• Have reliable transportation.
• A Valid Security license is considered an asset however not mandatory
• MUST have a flexible schedule (evenings, nights, weekends)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Speak, read and write English fluently
• Have completed High school Education or equivalent
