Commercial Property Manager, Calgary, Negotiable Salary based on Experience

Hays Property & Real Estate is excited to support a National Commercial Property Management firms. We are sourcing for a Senior Property manager to look after a growing Commercial Portfolio
Your new role
You will report to the Director of Property management. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee a commercial office portfolio of 800,000 Sq Feet. You will manage a team of 16 employees including the building operations team. You will be responsible for reporting on budgets and forecasting as well as keeping in line with the business plan and overall corporate strategy. You will be responsible to develop and maintain tenant relations, to understand unique tenant needs and ensure they are being serviced. You will ensure all property management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be RECA licensed and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial property management, at least 5 years in a senior management role. You will have a well-rounded exposure to capital projects, and financial reporting and analysis. Security clearance will be required prior to starting this position.
