Job Description

Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, this role focuses on facilities support, security, occupational health and safety, and general office functions to ensure the smooth running of business facilities. Responsibilities also include collaborating effectively with internal clients and maintaining excellent in-office client experience.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Facilities Coordinato r , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all day-to-day Facility issues at the Calgary Office
• Work flexible hours, including outside traditional business hours, supportin g projects or events.
• Manage, coordinate, organize, and schedule physical move processes.
• Issue security pass cards for offices across Canada and m aintain the security system.
• Coordinate and manage small facilities repair and maintenance projects while assisting with larger projects.
• Liaise with building management and vendors on maintenance issues such as HVAC, lighting, and cleaning.
• Participate in the Workplace Joint Health & Safety Committee and act as a member of the Fire Safety team.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance program for PwC-owned equipment.
• Provide backup support to the AV team for meeting setups.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve:
• E xperience in a facilities-related position.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Applications, and technical office tools.
• Understanding of building services, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism in handling confidential data.
• Effectiv e oral a nd written communication skills for internal collaboration and correspondence.
• Ability to work autonomously in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Understanding of building codes is an asset.
