The job

Perform routine and emergency repairs and preventative maintenance.
Perform inspections on buildings, equipment, and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure safe, efficient, and optimal facility operations
Assist on minimizing downtime through proactive upkeep and timely issue resolution
Key duties include diagnosing faults, repairing machinery, maintaining records, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
