The job
- Perform routine and emergency repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Perform inspections on buildings, equipment, and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure safe, efficient, and optimal facility operations
- Assist on minimizing downtime through proactive upkeep and timely issue resolution
- Key duties include diagnosing faults, repairing machinery, maintaining records, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
