An ideal candidate for this product business operations role is a dynamic team player with a strong understanding of financial accounting practices specifically as they relate to financial reporting. With an analytical mindset and a commitment to accuracy, this candidate will play a vital role in helping to execute sales and pipeline reporting activities that are critical to our business strategy.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Maintaining and updating period end reports for a portfolio of assets, programs and business units
  • Providing controllership support for Assets teams
  • Owning and updating sales and pipeline reports
  • Updating financial dashboards and presentation materials
  • Assisting our financial and business teams with reporting on
    • Subcontracting costs
    • Product and Tech Asset Enable Revenues
    • Funding requests and business cases
    • Employee forecast and resourcing
    • Periodic billing projections
    • Monthly Invoicing
    • Capitalization
  • Supporting fiscal year planning activities
  • Acting as point of contact for general asset related operational requests from asset teams


About the team

You will join the GIAA Assets business operations team, a dedicated group of business minded professionals with a mandate to provide operational support and financial reporting expertise to accelerate the maturity of our product business towards a goal of bringing profitable disruptive products to market.We accomplish this goal by:
  • Providing timely insights into key financial metrics as they relate to overall financial performance and progress towards objectives
  • Acting as a steward of our CRM and financial systems to ensure the quality and integrity of the data we are capturing
  • Supporting the overall operations of our various teams by streamlining our business and reducing friction in access to the data and information our teams need to operate successfully
