As a Financial Analyst in the Strategic Program Enablement Team, you will support the team on Portfolio Management activities including business case development and justification, project/portfolio tracking, forecasting and reporting, financial metrics and much more!

In addition you will demonstrate your ability to interact and collaborate within CNOE/CSD and across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups to support our financial management tracking and reporting processes.

You will bring your A-game to this high performing team by:
    •Working collaboratively with stakeholders, to support and fulfil financial requirements for Capex and Opex projects
    •Develop tools, templates,processes and standards to support our portfolio and project managers
    •Support the development of business cases, project metrics, forecasting
    •Tracking and reporting on project/portfolio financials and creating presentations and dashboards for senior leaders
    •Identify opportunities to streamline and transform our financial and portfolio processes


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Business Casing: experience creating high-quality business cases as well as reviewing/vetting various kinds of business cases
    •Communicator: proven ability to effectively communicate financial content to a non-finance audience, conveying key messages and takeaways
    •Strong Financial Acumen: comprehensive knowledge and understanding of financial metrics and the impacts of business decisions on them; ideally experience in capital and opex management
    •Expert in Google Sheets: Expert level skills in creating pivot tables, dashboards, spreadsheets and financial tools
    •Creative and Innovative: Creative and innovative in taking complex requirements and simplifying the tools and processes
    •Proactive: Ability to anticipate financial requirements and proactively design effective processes, tools and templates

    •Strong financial background
    •College or University education minimum
