Express Employment Professionals – Surrey/Langley client in Cloverdale is in need of a Front Office Coordinator!
You will have an outgoing personality, and a customer service focus.
You will spend your days at their front desk, answering/transferring incoming calls, marking associates available for work, going through online applications/resumes and setting up interviews, helping applicants fill out application packages, reference checking, scanning documents, data entry, data mining.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as ability to prioritize and multi-task, are essential.
Must love dogs! (the owner’s small dogs come to the office daily).
Wage dependent on experience and skills.
This is a long-term position for the right candidate!
