Job Skills / Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:

-Receive and record all incoming telephone calls from employees, managers, clients or the public; respond to callers and/or escalate the situation as warranted to proper distribution group(s) to be actioned; provide any required information or directions to callers
-Receive incoming phone calls from employees for the purpose of booking on/off from shift; taking incoming requests for assistance and escalate as required; complete hourly check calls in compliance with our company Work Alone procedures
-Receive and dispatch incoming alarm calls to the Mobile Department both verbally and by email communication
-Review Open Shift Reports; provide scheduling functions including calling and scheduling officers into open shifts; communicate scheduling needs with managers
-May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong administrative and computer skills
-Ability to problem solve, prioritize work, and multitask
-Ability to coordinate and function in high-energy and stressful environment
-Capable of performing duties under minimal supervision
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Security and dispatching experience an asset but not necessary
