Your new role
As the Fund Development Manager you be responsible for the direction and management of fundraising programs. You will ensure the success of various events, working with the Director report on revenue generation and management. You will play an invaluable role in increasing community presence, seeking growth opportunities, and recruiting and developing volunteers. In addition, you will foster the growth of best practices in the supporting areas of gift processing, data management and donor relations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with major gifts and fundraising, knowledgeable of fundraising principles and practices. You must have the ability to work effectively with people of diverse background and promote a positive work environment. Building professional relationships will be a huge aspect of this role, as such, you will have exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. You will be educated to post-secondary level, hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
