Job Skills / Requirements
Essential Job Functions: - Support the Client Service Manager with all scheduling requirements with the main focus being scheduling Security Watches - Ensure schedules are entered and accurate at all times - Verify the schedule against timesheets provided by staff or sites - Check that changes made by other internal departments are accurate and reflect the actual shift worked - Backfill open shifts and vacation requests - Fill shifts for short notice book offs - Eliminate non billable overtime whenever possible - Perform various administrative duties as needed - Other duties as required
Qualifications: - Familiarity of best practices in workflow processes and procedures - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook - Experience working in a fast paced office environment would be an asset - Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines - Detail orientated - Self-motivated - Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
