Purpose-led work you'll be part ofAs a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business and people challenges from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Leading other talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements, you will have diverse and challenging opportunities to bring your expertise to and to lead engagements in the following areas:
• People Strategy and Employee Experience design
• HR Function Effectiveness Assessment and Organizational Design
• HR Technology Assessment & Roadmap (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Payroll, Successfactors etc.)
• Workforce Planning
• People Analytics and Insight
• Leading associated business development opportunities
• Advise clients on the future of work and HR's role in delivering sustained outcomes for the business
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve• Substantial experience leading all aspects of client consulting engagements
• Advanced experience and knowledge of HR function transformation in either consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience delivering services in Oil & Gas and other industries such as such as the public sector, Energy, Utilities, and Financial Services
• Genuinely passionate about transforming the people function (i.e. HR) within an organization
• Strong experience with business development activities including the production of proposals and attending client presentations.
• Advanced HR technology Implementation and technical support experience
• Ability to use analytical thinking and produce high quality deliverables that create sustainable value. Through your understanding of the market, you identify client challenges and corresponding solutions
• Strong capability in guiding people and organization practices and methodologies
• Motivated and ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth
• Superior (written and verbal) communication skills and ability to effectively communicate your point of view with impact, build relationships with an open mind and provide excellent client service
• Ability to engage productively in complex, ambiguous and changing environments
• A self starter, you inspire and lead teams and contribute to the development of thought leadership
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
• Traveling required up to 25% of the time
