Your new role
As the successful Human Resources Manager, you will have previous exposure in developing the HR function within the business and take full responsibility for all aspects of HR. In this standalone role you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding, assisting with new employee orientation, and act as the point of contact for matters pertaining to employee relations and health and safety. In addition you will manage training and development, performance reviews and outline and track KPIs for employees. As this role develops there is likely an opportunity to progress into general management.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years as a HR Manager, and coupled with managerial and leadership experience. A CPHR certification would be an advantage. You will be a team player that conveys the corporate culture to new and existing team members. To be considered for this role you will have previously been exposed or have knowledge of the architectural industry.
