A-1 Heating is a residential furnace and air conditioning contractor that has offered furnace and air conditioner installation, service, maintenance, and replacements in the St. Albert area since 1979.

A1 Heating is currently seeking multiple Residential HVAC Technicians to join their team in St. Albert, Alberta on a full-time or part-time basis. Please note there are also opportunities for contract work.
In these roles, you will spend some of your time on calls and installs, and some of your time will be spent on technical training, quality assurance, and quotations.
Working directly with customers, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
In order to qualify for these roles, you will be a Journeyman Sheetmetal Worker or Refrigeration Technician. You will also have a minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC experience. A valid driver's license is required. A Gas ticket is an asset but is not required.
You will be a good fit for this role if you are a natural born problem solver with strong leadership skills who enjoys teaching and sharing knowledge. You must have strong communication skills, and also be comfortable dealing with customers in their home and making suggestions/upselling. Above all, you must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide exceptional service in a leadership role.
