Your Impact Starts Here - As a Junior Environmental Engineer / EIT in our Prairies & North region, you will contribute to meaningful environmental projects that support resilient communities and sustainable development. You'll grow your technical skills while collaborating with industry-leading specialists who are shaping Canada's environmental future.

Your Impact

• Support field programs for contaminated sites, including Phase I/II ESAs, soil and groundwater sampling, remediation, and monitoring activities.
  
• Assist with data collection, data management, and preparation of technical deliverables related to site assessment and remediation.
  
• Contribute to environmental engineering design tasks for remediation systems and site-specific solutions under the guidance of senior professionals.
  
• Participate in environmental impact studies, risk assessments, permitting, and regulatory submissions.
  
• Apply relevant provincial and federal environmental regulations, with a focus on contaminated sites guidance and standards.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Prairies & North region to advance environmental and remediation projects.
  

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Registered, or eligible to register, as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
• Experience with fieldwork in environmental assessment, remediation, or monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, environmental sampling equipment, or data analysis software.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from seasoned environmental practitioners.
• Ability to travel for project work across the Prairies & North region.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $62,800 - $84,000

MB & ON: $57,300- $80,000

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $56,700 - $76,400
