You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.\n\nOur Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You'll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC's strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.
Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a L3 Application Support Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• The L3 Application Support Analyst will provide 3rd level support for custom developed products/applications
•This is a development-type role which will be focused on analyzing code and understanding development processes, troubleshooting issues, and fixing bugs or adding enhancements at the code level
•Identifying trends and reporting
• Establish SLAs
• Resolving customer problems and queries
• Log, resolve, track all queries and update the help system accordingly
• Take ownership of all queries, and identify and highlight issues to relevant departments for resolution and follow through until resolved
• The L3 Application Support Analyst will communicate regularly with the client, or communicate through the Client Success department, making sure they are kept informed at all times of the status of their issue(s) until resolution is in place
• Identify gaps in the client's support agreement as sales opportunities and notify Client Success / Development to quote them
• Keep informed of new changes / defects that have been made to the program
• Assist and support colleagues on the team in order to share knowledge and maximize team contribution
• TheL3 Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the production and submission of documentation in line with company procedures and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

•Application Support and development experience required
• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a focus in Computer, Programming, and/or Information Science
•Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Online, .NET C#, Azure Cloud (Logic Apps, Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Automation Runbooks), Microsoft SQL or similar relational databases (RDBMS)
•Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, CI/CD, Repos, etc.) is nice to have
• Knowledge with Defect Tracking Systems: Service Now
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge with monitoring tools like Splunk, Appdynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
