Job Skills / Requirements

The positions with Paladin Security Fort McMurray, Grande Praire, and Lloydminster requires a skill combination of superior customer service, consistent productive self-supervision, team work as applicable, attention to detail and the willingness to learn and adapt to any situation that may arise. This position is required to attend all sites in accordance with company and client needs which may require some travel. A valid Alberta Security License is a required.

Duties include:

Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.

Take accurate notes.

Report in detail any suspicious incidents.

Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.

Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises.

Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.

Adhere to all company service and operating standards.

Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.

Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.

Maintains staff by orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.

Report safety concerns and all issues to Manager.
